In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I , intending to be legally bound, hereby, for, Myself my heirs, executors and administrators. Hold harmless and forever release and discharge the sponsors of this event, the State of Hawaii, County of Maui, Hurley, Hi-tech, Lopez, Beach Park, Vissla, Adventure Sports, Honolua Surf Co, Hawaiian Surfing Association, Maui Sports Foundation, Maui Surf Ohana, Pinehaka Trust, Surfing America, and any official connected with this competition from Liability from injuries or damages whatsoever arising from my presence or participation in this event or post event activities.
